How Cognivault Began
Cognivault started in 2019 when a small group of data scientists and enterprise architects noticed a recurring pattern among Thai businesses: there was strong interest in AI, but very little clarity on where to start or which vendors to trust. Companies were spending months evaluating tools they didn't fully understand, and many ended up with solutions that didn't fit their actual needs.
We set out to bridge that gap. Rather than selling AI products, we positioned ourselves as an independent advisory and implementation partner — one that could evaluate the market objectively, build solutions tailored to each client's situation, and transfer knowledge so internal teams could sustain what we helped create.
Over the past six years, that approach has taken us from a three-person consultancy to a team of fifteen, serving clients in manufacturing, retail, logistics, and financial services across Thailand. We've stayed focused on depth over breadth: we don't try to do everything, but what we do, we do with care and precision.
Our office in the Sathon district of Bangkok keeps us close to the business community we serve, and our team's mix of local knowledge and international training experience means we understand both the opportunities and the practical constraints of operating in this market.
